     Many children believe Santa’s elves make the toys, but that’s only part of the magic. Behind every Christmas morning is a vast team working together to make the impossible happen. The book follows Theo, a brand-new elf, as he begins his orientation in Santa’s Village. As Theo visits each part of Santa’s operation. From the toy workshop and reindeer care to letter management and sleigh repair. He starts to understand how every role, no matter how small, helps bring Christmas to life. When Theo’s curiosity and problem-solving skills shine, Santa entrusts him with a special role: helping the entire team work together more efficiently so every child receives the toy they’re dreaming of.

     This book is the result of my love for Christmas and tremendous curiosity about Santa, his Magical Team, and Santa’s Village. I hope to both entertain and educate all who read this book in how Christmas is made and how Santa and his Magical Team make it happen. In authoring this book, I realize I have a big inner child inside of me. But I had no idea how big. This story really flowed because of that child. It was a pleasure to write the story because I was able to imagine all of it in my mind. This book was written on Sint Maarten, West Indies, which is a spectacular place to write a book. While I was writing, I was able to be in Santa’s Village, at least in my mind and in my heart. And through the course of this book, those were wonderful, happy thoughts. Finally, it is my sincere hope that you enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
